The Administrative Supply & Maintenance team (1 Lead and 1 exploitation manager, responsible for operation ) services 1 warehouse and office facilities with a total area of over 45,000 m2, located in the UAE. Who We Are Looking For We require an experienced Lead of exploitation to join Administrative Supply & Maintenance team. We are looking for a Lead of Exploitation. Your goals: continuous improvement of the operated property quality and engineering systems - as a result, increased efficiency and competitiveness of the business (through increased productivity, fault tolerance); speed of incident resolution — as a result, business has no interruption due to non-functioning property, engineering systems (through preventiv maintenance, reduction of time to eliminate downtime from a broken chair to a commissioning of a building); increased efficiency of resource and cost management — as a result, maintenance costs & operating costs reduction (materials, tools, services, team).
